Eric is an Orange County native and seasoned Real Estate Technology Consultant with over 20 years of training experience — long before becoming a licensed REALTOR®. He is known for making complex tools simple and helping agents turn tech overwhelm into confidence and results.
Before joining The Williamson Team and rejoining the Anaheim Hills branch, Eric worked in the Irvine office for two years to master farming techniques under Dan Sarnecky. During that time, he collaborated with Dan and respected leaders such as Mark Kojac, Terry Karges, Jacob Lawlor, Terry LeClair, Fred Nassab, and other Leaders at First Team to build tech workshops that agents enjoy and immediately put into practice. Today, Eric continues to work on special projects for our founder Cameron Merage and CEO Michelle Harrington while providing engaging and hands on coaching for agents and teams in many of our branch offices in California, Idaho, Washington and Arizona.
