Offices & Teams
Offices & Teams
One training system for your whole office, so every agent follows the same CRM standards, the same follow-up routines, and the same marketing process, instead of twelve people inventing their own.
- Team-wide access to the full training library
- A manager dashboard with seats and completion
- Office onboarding resources for new agents
- Leadership reporting and custom rollout support
What the license covers
A shared operating standard for the office
An office license is not a discount on individual memberships. It is a training program your agents go through together, with a manager who can see whether it happened.
Office-wide access
Every enrolled agent gets the full lesson library: CRM Mastery, AI Mastery, buyer systems, listings, local SEO, and marketing systems.
Manager dashboard
See active seats, seats used, and each agent's progress and status in one table, so coaching conversations start from facts.
Agent invitations
Add an agent to your office in seconds and send them an onboarding link. Remove someone when they move on and the seat comes back.
Onboarding resources
New agents start with a defined path instead of a login and good intentions, which is where most office training quietly falls apart.
Custom rollout support
We help you sequence the rollout for your market and your team mix, and adjust it as agents come and go.
Office-scoped privacy
Each office sees only its own agents and its own numbers. Nothing about one team's progress is visible to another.
The manager dashboard
Leadership reporting that does not require asking
The question every office leader has is the same one: did the agents actually do it? The dashboard answers it without a group chat poll.
- Active agent seats and seats used against your license
- A per-agent roster with enrollment status
- Lesson completion tracked by agent and by topic
- Weekly activity so you can spot the agents who have gone quiet
- Invitations sent from the dashboard in one click
- Access limited to your own office, always
What you do with it
Use it the way you use any production report. An agent who has not opened a lesson in three weeks is a conversation, not a surprise at review time.
Teams that adopt the same CRM standards stop needing custom training every quarter, because the next agent learns the same system the last one did.
Manager sign inRollout
A four-week office rollout
Offices that try to change everything at once get resistance. This sequence gets buy-in because agents see a working result in the first week.
- 1
Baseline the office
We look at what agents are actually running today: CRM usage, lead sources, follow-up habits, and where deals are slipping. That becomes the starting point, not an assumption.
- 2
Standardize the CRM
Everyone builds the same smart lists, daily routine, and action plans. This is the week that pays for the license, because it fixes follow-up across the whole roster at once.
- 3
Add AI and listing workflow
Listing descriptions, buyer consultation scripts, and content batching move from individual hacks to a shared office process with the same prompts and templates.
- 4
Local presence and review
Google Business Profile work and the review engine get turned on office-wide, then reported on the manager dashboard so adoption is visible.
Where we work
Built for First Team offices and the markets around them
The training is filmed in the tools these offices already run, and the rollout adapts to offices that are partly remote.
Orange County
Home market: in-person workshops, Tech Tuesday, and office rollouts.
California
Teams across the state running the same CRM and marketing stack.
Idaho
New-market offices onboarding agents into one standard.
Washington and Arizona
Remote and hybrid teams supported through the same dashboard.
Questions
Before you license
How is the office license priced?
It starts at $399 per month and scales with your headcount. Tell us how many agents you need to seat and we will set the license to match.
Do agents need their own membership as well?
No. Agents enrolled under your office license get the training library through their office seat, and you manage who holds a seat.
What if part of my office is remote?
That is the normal case. The library, the weekly Tuesday call, and the manager dashboard are all online, so remote agents follow the identical path as agents at the desk next door.
Can we see progress without chasing people?
Yes, that is the point of the manager dashboard: seats used, per-agent status, and completion, scoped to your office only.
Can you build the systems for us too?
Yes. Offices that want the CRM built rather than coached through use our services: custom CRM buildouts, Google Business Profile work, and luxury tech stack integration.
How do we start?
Book a walkthrough with Eric, or start an office license from the pricing page and we will get your seats and onboarding arranged.
