What changes at Elite

The library stops being the finish line

Pro gives you the systems. Elite puts a coach on the other end of them, deciding what you build next and checking whether it actually got built.

Live group coaching

Small-group sessions where members work through the same problems: a stalled pipeline, a CRM nobody is using, content that never gets posted.

Implementation reviews

Bring your Follow Up Boss account, your listing workflow, or your Google Business Profile and have it reviewed against what the lessons teach.

1-on-1 time with Eric

Direct sessions for the decisions a group call cannot make for you: your price point, your market, and which system is worth your week.

Priority support

Elite members are answered first when a tool breaks mid-deal, because a stuck automation costs you a live client.

Accountability

You commit to what you are building, and it gets checked. That is the difference between a library nobody finishes and a system that runs.

The full Pro library

Every lesson, study guide, checklist, prompt pack, and community space is included. Coaching points you at which one to open next.

How the coaching runs

A rhythm you can plan a production business around

Elite is not a weekly meeting you attend and forget. It is a repeating loop: bring the problem, leave with the build, come back and show the result.

  1. 1

Show up to the Tuesday call

Tech Tuesday runs every Tuesday, 12:00 to 1:00 PM PT on Zoom. It is open to everyone, and Elite members use it as their standing weekly checkpoint.

  2. 2

    Bring your real setup

Not a hypothetical: your action plans, your smart lists, your last listing, your profile. Reviews only help if they are done on what your business is actually running.

  3. 3

    Leave with one build

Each session ends with a specific change to make and a definition of done, so the week has a target instead of a vague intention.

  4. 4

    Get unblocked between sessions

Priority support covers the things that cannot wait for next Tuesday, from a broken automation to a client communication you need to send today.

  5. 5

Book 1-on-1 time when it matters

For the bigger calls, like repositioning your brand or choosing a market, direct sessions with Eric are scheduled around your pipeline.

Your first 90 days

What an Elite member typically builds

Most agents arrive with tools they already pay for and a pipeline they cannot see clearly. The first quarter fixes both.

Days 1 to 14

Audit and baseline

Your CRM, lead sources, and follow-up get reviewed honestly. You leave knowing which system is leaking the most money and what the fix costs in time.

Days 15 to 45

Install the core systems

Smart lists, daily routines, and action plans in Follow Up Boss, buyer nurture running on RealScout, and an AI-assisted listing workflow you can repeat.

Days 46 to 90

Automate and measure

Content batching, the review engine on your Google Business Profile, and a look at the numbers that tells you what to double down on next quarter.

Accountability

What Elite members are expected to walk away with

  • A CRM that runs your daily follow-up without you deciding to do it
  • An AI workflow that produces listing content and buyer scripts you would actually send
  • A content batch process that survives a busy showing week
  • A Google Business Profile that is maintained, with reviews coming in
  • Buyer nurture that keeps you in front of people who are not ready yet
  • A clear read on which of your lead sources are worth the money

Questions

Is Elite the right tier?

What is the difference between Pro and Elite?

Pro is the library plus community and the free weekly call: you choose what to build and when. Elite adds coaching on top of the same library, with reviews of your own setup, priority support, and 1-on-1 time.

Do I have to be producing at a certain level?

No, but Elite is designed for agents with an active pipeline who want a coach looking at real numbers and real accounts, not someone exploring the industry.

Is this a course?

No. The course material is included with Pro, and Elite keeps it. What you are buying here is the coaching loop around it: reviews, accountability, and direct access.

Can I move between plans?

Yes. Members change plans from their account, and the pricing page handles the switch.

What if I need someone to build it for me instead?

Then Services is the better fit. Custom CRM buildouts, Google Business Profile work, and luxury tech stack integration are done for you rather than coached through.
